For accountants
Your accountant works alongside you, free.
Invite your bookkeeper with the Bookkeeper role. That account costs nothing, never counts towards your user limit, and grants exactly the rights the work needs — no more.
What the Bookkeeper role may do.
Enough to really run the books: post entries, match payments, work in the ledger, calculate VAT, depreciate, report, lock periods and pull the audit file. No more than that: no sending invoices on the owner's behalf, no managing users or roles, no changing the subscription.
- Post entries, match payments and manage the ledger
- Calculate VAT and pull the summary
- Assets and depreciation
- Lock periods and financial years
- Balance sheet, profit and loss and audit file in XAF
- No invoices on the owner's behalf, no user management

All your clients in one environment.
A practice working for twenty business owners logs in once and sees twenty administrations side by side. Switching costs one click and data never runs together: each administration is separated in the database down to row level.
- One login for all your clients
- Favourite administrations at the top
- Its own role per administration
- Search across clients
Books you are willing to sign off.
Journal lines are not edited or deleted; a correction is a reversal. Every meaningful action sits in an audit log with who did it and when. What you produce at year end traces back to the evidence beneath it.
- Immutable journal lines
- Audit log with user and timestamp
- Evidence attached to every entry
- Audit file in XAF and export in JSON
An invitation takes a minute.
The owner adds you by email address and picks the Bookkeeper role. You get an invitation, create an account with a passkey and you are in. If the owner wants to end the arrangement, they remove the access in one action.
- Invitation by email address
- The role is chosen when inviting
- Access revocable at any moment
- Every action stays visible in the audit log
Frequently asked questions
Does a bookkeeper account really cost nothing?
No, it is free and never counts towards the user limit of the owner's plan. That holds even when the same practice is involved in dozens of administrations.
What can an accountant not do?
Send invoices on the owner's behalf, manage users and roles, change the subscription and delete the administration. Those actions belong to the owner.
Can I create administrations myself as a practice?
Yes. You can set one up and then add the business owner as the owner, so they hold the key from the start.
How do I produce annual accounts?
You pull the balance sheet and profit and loss per period, with a comparison column. For your own software you pull the audit file in XAF or export the administration in JSON.
